Division circled above is offered. It's four bulbs and leaves. This plant was acquired as ovalifolium, and the source has never seen anything similar to it in his stock. As far as I know, it's the only one in cultivation. A friend received a division a few years ago, but that's the only one other than the mother plant above. Images of this species can be found here.
